That's why at Cass Miami Howard Handyman Services LLC we have carefully crafted our price list to ensure fair and competitive rates for all our customers. For our handyman services, we charge a flat rate of $80.00 per hour. This includes basic repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks. We believe in providing affordable and efficient solutions for all your home and commercial needs. We are fast and efficient at what we do to save you as much money as we can! We do not charge a service call fee we charge hourly including travel time!
We would like to continue our services with an up front price estimate this price list below is an overview of some of our most common services. These average prices are for you the customer to have an estimated cost on your projects, these are our average cost on these tasks.
Roof wash
Roof wash is a soft wash of your entire roof to kill the mold and moss on it. This price is for a standard single story home!

Full Day rate
Our Full day rate is the best option for the home owner that has a long list of tasks. This is for one 8 hour day 7:00am to 3:00pm no lunch break. We will set a time and we will have all materials ready for the day. (materials not included) We will need 1 standard task per hour on average!

Our half day rate is the best option for the home owner that has a 3 to 5 standard tasks. This is for one 4 hours of work. We will set a time and we will have all materials ready for the day. We will need 1 standard task per hour on average.
